FISHING RIGHTS
Carp fishing is done on a Catch & Release basis, with all catches being released. Keeping carp of any size is strictly forbidden.
You can fish for carp both during the day and at night. A fishing day starts and ends at 12:00. At the end of the session, the fishing stand must be vacated by 12:00.
Each angler can use a maximum of four rods per stand. No stand may have more than four rods in the water. Marker rods and baiting rods are not considered fishing rods and can be used simultaneously with fishing rods.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Anglers’ behavior must be civilized throughout the fishing session. Fishing will be conducted in quiet. Fishing while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs is strictly forbidden.
EQUIPMENT
Carp fishing is permitted only with specialized equipment: carp rods of 3.60m-3.90m, carp landing net with a minimum opening of 1m, and a net with small mesh. The use of padded unhooking mats is mandatory. The use of retention and weighing nets for weighing and transporting fish to the water is mandatory. The use of carp sacks is not permitted.
For casting fishing, you can fish with a main line of monofilament with a minimum diameter of 0.35mm, plus a monofilament leader. Monofilaments thinner than 0.35mm are not allowed, nor are textile lines as main line or leader.
For boat fishing, you can fish with a main line of monofilament with a minimum diameter of 0.35mm. Monofilaments thinner than 0.35mm are not allowed, nor are textile lines as main line or leader.

Tubular marker buoys and H-shaped marker buoys are permitted. For temporary marking of a spot, for a short term, H-shaped buoys can be used. For long-term marking of a spot during fishing, flexible buoys that allow the line to pass over them during the fight will be used. Permanent buoys that can be snagged by the line during the fight are not permitted.
RIGS
Fishing is permitted only with carp rigs with a single hook.
The use of rigs that release the lead in case the main line breaks is mandatory. Sliding lead rigs, lost lead rigs, in-line lead rigs, and helicopter rigs are allowed.
The use of a leadcore segment, leadcore substitute, or anti-tangle tube above the lead is permitted. The maximum length allowed for any of these segments is 2m. The correct way to use leadcore or leadcore substitutes is by direct connection to the main line or to the monofilament leader. Adding a clip or a swivel above the leadcore is not permitted.
As hooklink material, only specialized materials (textile, combi or mono) with a minimum strength of 15lb are allowed. Very thin and abrasive hooklink materials that can cut the fish’s mouth are not allowed.
Only micro-barbed hooks may be used. The maximum allowed size is number 4. The minimum allowed size is number 8. Barbless hooks are not allowed.

The use of tiger nuts is only allowed as hookbait, on the hair rig. Baiting with nuts of any kind is forbidden. Baiting with live bait is not permitted.
Low-quality boilies from any brand or homemade production, which do not decompose in water over the long term and can harm the fish, are not recommended and may be banned. Please contact the lake administration for details.
FISH WELFARE
All catches will be released as soon as possible, both during the day and at night. Keeping carp in a retention sling is only permitted with the agreement of the lake administration. If the fish cannot be photographed at the moment it was caught for objective reasons (rain, storm), it may be kept in a retention sling, but only with the express approval of an administrator and for the shortest possible time.
It is mandatory for anglers to use a sling for weighing and handling the fish. Only slings equipped with floats are accepted. Transferring large carp from the water to the unhooking mat and back into the water for release will be done only in the sling. It is strictly forbidden for fish to be transferred in arms.Photography sessions of a catch must take place in the shortest possible time. All large carp, over 20kg, will be photographed in the water. Anglers must be equipped with chest waders or a wading suit to be able to enter the water for the photo session. Carp under 20kg can also be photographed on the bank, above the unhooking mat and as close to it as possible. It is strictly forbidden to place multiple fish on the same mat at the same time.
Anglers have the obligation to notify the lake administration in case of any catch of at least 18kg. The administration has the right to photograph any catch and use the photographs for advertising purposes.
OTHER ASPECTS
Fishing stands must be kept clean for the entire duration of the session. Garbage can only be disposed of in specially designated places. Permanent cleanliness at the stand is the responsibility of the anglers.
Access to and exit from the lake are permitted only during the day for both anglers and visitors. Entry and exit from the lake are not permitted during the night except in special situations and only with the approval of the administration.
When using a boat, the use of a life jacket is recommended. Anglers assume full responsibility when taking a boat out on the water. The lake administration is exempt from any civil, administrative, and material liability for any form of accidents. These regulations, which any lake client is obliged to know and respect, function as a health and safety document.
